Your first steps on the platform

  • Step 1: Complete Your Profile

    After signing up and verifying your email, navigate to your Profile page from the dashboard. Fill in all required demographic information including age, gender, location, occupation, and interests. A complete profile helps us match you with relevant survey opportunities. The more accurate your information, the better your survey matches will be.

  • Step 2: Check for Survey Invitations

    Visit your dashboard or the Surveys page and click the "Check for New Invitations" button. The system will find available surveys that match your profile. You can receive one new invitation every 12 hours after completing a survey. Each invitation shows the survey title, description, estimated time, and payment amount.

  • Step 3: Complete Surveys

    Click "Start Survey" on any available invitation. Answer all questions honestly and completely. Required questions are marked with an asterisk (*). Take your time to provide thoughtful responses. Once you submit the survey, your earnings will be immediately added to your account balance.

  • Step 4: Track Your Earnings

    Visit the Earnings page to see your current balance and complete transaction history. Each completed survey is listed with the date, survey name, and amount earned. Once you reach $10, you can request a withdrawal through your preferred payment method.

How the invitation system works

  • How do survey invitations work?

    Survey invitations are personalized opportunities matched to your profile. Each invitation includes a specific payment amount (typically $0.15 to $0.35 per survey) and estimated completion time (5-20 minutes). You can only see surveys you've been invited to complete. Invitations remain active until you complete them.

  • What is the 12-hour rule?

    To ensure quality responses and prevent survey fatigue, you can receive a new invitation every 12 hours after completing a survey. If you try to check for invitations before this time has passed, the system will show you how much time remains. This ensures you have fresh, quality opportunities regularly.

  • Can I have multiple active invitations?

    Currently, you can have one active invitation at a time. Complete your current survey before checking for new invitations. This helps ensure you give each survey your full attention and provide high-quality responses.

  • What if no surveys are available?

    If no surveys match your profile at the moment, check back later. Survey availability varies based on research demand and your demographics. We're constantly adding new surveys, so keep your profile updated and check regularly for new opportunities.

    Always answer honestly and thoughtfully. Read each question carefully before responding. Required questions are marked with (*) and must be answered to submit. Take your time - rushing through surveys may result in inconsistent answers. Your genuine feedback is valuable to researchers.

  • Different question types

    Surveys include various question types: text fields for open responses, radio buttons for single choice, checkboxes for multiple selections, rating scales (1-5 or 1-10), and yes/no questions. Follow the instructions for each question type. Some questions allow you to select multiple answers, while others allow only one.

  • What happens after I submit?

    After submitting a survey, the payment amount is immediately credited to your account balance. The invitation is marked as completed, and you can check for a new invitation after 12 hours. Your response is recorded and anonymized before being shared with researchers.

  • Can I save and continue later?

    Currently, surveys must be completed in one session. If you navigate away from a survey, your progress may not be saved. We recommend setting aside enough time to complete each survey without interruption.

Track and withdraw your payments

  • Tracking your balance

    Your current balance is displayed on your dashboard and in the Earnings page. Every completed survey adds to your balance immediately. The Earnings page shows a complete history of all your transactions, including survey completions and withdrawals.

  • Requesting a withdrawal

    Once you reach the $10 minimum threshold, visit the Earnings page and click "Request Withdrawal". Choose your preferred payment method (PayPal, bank transfer, gift card, or cryptocurrency), enter the required details, and submit your request. Payments are processed within 2-5 business days.

  • Payment method setup

    Before your first withdrawal, set up your preferred payment method in your Profile settings. Add your PayPal email, bank account details, or gift card preferences. You can change your payment method at any time. Multiple payment methods can be saved for flexibility.

  • Viewing transaction history

    The Earnings page provides a complete record of all your activity. See each survey completion with the date, survey name, and amount earned. Withdrawal requests are also listed with their status (pending, processing, or completed). Export your transaction history for your records.

Manage your profile and settings

  • Updating your profile

    Keep your profile current to receive the best survey matches. Navigate to Profile from your dashboard to update demographic information, contact details, and interests. Changes take effect immediately. Regular profile updates ensure you receive relevant survey opportunities.

  • Changing your password

    Visit your Profile page and scroll to the Security section. Enter your current password, then your new password twice to confirm. Use a strong, unique password with at least 8 characters, including uppercase, lowercase, numbers, and symbols.

  • Email preferences

    Control which emails you receive from Reactwiz. In your Profile settings, you can opt in or out of survey notifications, payment confirmations, account updates, and promotional emails. Some essential account security emails cannot be disabled.

  • Closing your account

    If you wish to close your account, ensure you've withdrawn all your earnings first. Visit Profile settings and click "Delete Account" at the bottom of the page. This action is permanent and cannot be undone. All your data will be deleted in accordance with our privacy policy.

Solutions to common problems

  • Survey not loading

    If a survey won't load, try refreshing your browser, clearing your cache and cookies, or trying a different browser. Ensure JavaScript is enabled. If problems persist, note the survey name and contact support with details about the error.

  • Can't submit survey

    Ensure all required questions (marked with *) are answered. Scroll through the entire survey to check for any missed questions. If the submit button remains disabled, try refreshing the page (though you may lose progress). Contact support if the issue continues.

  • Earnings not showing

    Earnings should appear immediately after survey submission. Try refreshing the page. Check that the survey was actually submitted (you should see a confirmation page). If earnings still don't appear after 10 minutes, contact support with the survey name and completion time.

  • Password reset not working

    Check your spam/junk folder for the password reset email. The link expires after 1 hour for security. Request a new reset link if needed. Ensure you're using the correct email address. If you still can't reset your password, contact support for assistance.
