Your first steps on the platform

  • How to create your Reactwiz account

    Visit the Reactwiz homepage and click the "Register" or "Get Started Free" button. Enter your full name, email address, and choose a strong password. You'll receive a verification email within a few minutes. Click the link in that email to confirm your address and activate your account. The entire process takes under 5 minutes and is completely free.

  • Completing your profile for better survey matches

    After verifying your email, navigate to the Profile page from your dashboard. Fill in your demographic information including age, gender, location, occupation, education, and interests. This information is used by our matching system to connect you with relevant surveys. The more complete and accurate your profile, the more survey invitations you'll receive. You can update your profile at any time as your circumstances change.

    Your dashboard is the central hub of your Reactwiz experience. Here you'll see your current earnings balance, recent activity, and quick links to check for new survey invitations. The dashboard also shows your profile completion status and any notifications. Take a moment to familiarize yourself with the layout when you first log in -- it's designed to give you all important information at a glance.

  • Checking for your first survey invitation

    Visit the Surveys page from your dashboard and click the "Check for New Invitations" button. Our system will search for available surveys matching your profile. If a survey is available, you'll see its title, description, estimated completion time, and payment amount. If no surveys are available right now, don't worry -- check back later as new surveys are added regularly throughout the day.

  • Email verification troubleshooting

    If you haven't received your verification email, first check your spam or junk folder. Some email providers filter automated messages. Try adding support@reactwiz.com to your contacts to prevent this in the future. You can request a new verification email from the notification bar that appears after logging in. If you still have trouble, double-check that you registered with the correct email address or contact our support team for assistance.

  • Setting up your payment method

    Before your first withdrawal, you'll need to set up a payment method. Go to your Profile settings and add your preferred option: PayPal email address, bank account details, or gift card preference. We recommend setting this up early so you're ready to withdraw as soon as you reach the $10 minimum. You can change or update your payment method at any time without affecting your balance.

Keeping this information current is important because it directly affects which surveys you're matched with. If you've moved, changed jobs, or your interests have shifted, update your profile to ensure you receive the most relevant survey opportunities available.

  • Changing your password

    Go to your Profile page and find the Security section. Enter your current password, then type your new password twice to confirm it. Your new password should be at least 8 characters long and include a mix of uppercase and lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols. Avoid using easily guessable information like your name or birthday. After changing your password, you'll need to use the new one for your next login.

  • Resetting a forgotten password

    If you've forgotten your password, click the "Forgot Password?" link on the login page. Enter the email address associated with your account and click "Send Reset Link." You'll receive an email with a link to create a new password. This link expires after one hour for security reasons. Check your spam folder if you don't see the email within a few minutes.   • Changing your email address

    You can change your email address through the Profile page. After updating, you'll receive a verification email at your new address. Click the link to confirm the change. Until the new email is verified, your old email remains active. All future communications, including survey notifications and payment confirmations, will be sent to your new email once verified.

    Visit your Profile settings to control which emails you receive from Reactwiz. You can opt in or out of survey notification emails, payment confirmations, account update alerts, and promotional messages.   • Closing your account permanently

    If you decide to leave Reactwiz, first ensure you've withdrawn any remaining earnings from your account. Then go to your Profile settings and click "Delete Account" at the bottom of the page. You'll be asked to confirm this action. Account deletion is permanent -- all your data, survey history, and earnings records will be removed in accordance with our privacy policy. You cannot undo this action or recover the account later.

  • How survey invitations work

    Survey invitations are matched to your profile. When you click "Check for New Invitations," our system searches for surveys that match your demographics. Each invitation shows the survey topic, estimated completion time, and payment amount. You can only have one active invitation at a time. After completing a survey, you can check for a new one after a 12-hour waiting period to ensure quality responses.

  • Understanding the 12-hour waiting period

    After completing a survey, there is a 12-hour cooldown before you can check for a new invitation. This policy exists to prevent survey fatigue and ensure that every response is thoughtful and high-quality. The system will display a timer showing how much time remains. Use this time to take a break, and check back when the timer expires for your next opportunity.

    Surveys use various question formats including text fields for written responses, radio buttons for single-choice questions, checkboxes for selecting multiple answers, rating scales (typically 1-5 or 1-10), and yes/no questions. Read each question carefully and follow the instructions. Required questions are marked with an asterisk (*) and must be answered before you can submit the survey.

    Always answer honestly and thoughtfully. Read each question completely before responding. For open-ended questions, provide detailed answers rather than one-word replies. Avoid rushing -- take the time to give genuine feedback. Consistent, honest responses lead to better survey matches over time and help maintain your account in good standing. Remember that your feedback genuinely influences real business decisions.

  • What happens after submitting a survey

    After you submit a completed survey, you'll see a confirmation page. The payment amount is immediately credited to your account balance -- there's no waiting period for earnings to appear. The survey invitation is then marked as completed in your history. You can view all your completed surveys and earnings on the Earnings page. Your responses are anonymized before being shared with researchers.

  • Why are some surveys unavailable for me?

    Survey availability depends on several factors: your demographic profile, your geographic location, current research demand, and whether the survey's target quota has already been filled. Not every survey is a match for every person -- that's normal. If no surveys are available when you check, try again later. Keeping your profile complete and accurate maximizes your chances of being matched with available studies.

  • Can I save a survey and finish it later?

    Currently, surveys must be completed in one sitting. If you navigate away from a survey page or close your browser, your progress may not be saved. Before starting a survey, make sure you have enough time to complete it based on the estimated duration shown. If you lose your progress due to a technical issue (not intentional abandonment), contact our support team with details and we will look into it.

  • What does "required question" mean?

    Questions marked with an asterisk (*) are required and must be answered before you can submit the survey. If you try to submit without answering all required questions, you'll see an error message indicating which questions are missing. Optional questions (without an asterisk) can be skipped if you prefer not to answer them, though providing more complete responses is always appreciated by researchers.

  • Understanding your earnings balance

    Your current balance is displayed on your dashboard and on the Earnings page. Every time you complete a survey, the payment is added to your balance immediately. The Earnings page shows a complete transaction history including the date, survey name, and amount for each completed survey, as well as any withdrawal requests you've made.

  • How to request a withdrawal

    Once your balance reaches the $10 minimum threshold, visit the Earnings page and click the "Request Withdrawal" button. Select your preferred payment method, confirm the withdrawal amount, and submit your request. You'll receive a confirmation notification. Make sure your payment details are correct and up to date in your Profile settings before requesting a withdrawal to avoid delays.

  • Available payment methods

    Reactwiz currently supports PayPal, direct bank transfer, and digital gift cards. PayPal is the most popular option and typically the fastest. Bank transfers are available for members who prefer direct deposits. Gift card options include Amazon and Visa. Set up your preferred payment method in your Profile settings before requesting your first withdrawal.

  • Payment processing times

    Payment processing takes 2-5 business days depending on the method. PayPal payments are typically processed in 2-3 business days. Bank transfers take 3-5 business days. Gift cards are usually delivered to your email within 24-48 hours. You'll receive a notification email when your payment has been sent. Weekends and bank holidays may extend processing times slightly.

    Reactwiz offers a referral bonus program. Share your unique referral link (found on your dashboard) with friends and family. When someone signs up using your link and completes their first qualifying survey, you'll earn a referral bonus credited directly to your account. The current bonus amount is displayed on your dashboard alongside your referral link. There's no limit to how many people you can refer.

  • Why hasn't my payment arrived yet?

    If your payment hasn't arrived within the expected timeframe, first verify your payment details are correct in your Profile. Check your email (including spam) for any notifications from us. For PayPal, ensure the email address matches your PayPal account. If everything looks correct and the processing time has passed, contact our support team with your withdrawal request details and we'll investigate promptly.

Solutions to common technical issues

  • Survey page won't load

    If a survey page won't load, try these steps in order: refresh your browser page, clear your browser's cache and cookies, try a different browser (Chrome and Firefox work best), and ensure JavaScript is enabled in your browser settings. If you're on a mobile device, try switching to a Wi-Fi connection. If the problem persists, note the survey name and contact our support team.

  • Unable to submit a completed survey

    If you can't submit a survey, scroll through the entire form to ensure all required questions (marked with *) are answered. Sometimes a missed question near the top can prevent submission. Try clicking the submit button again after a few seconds. If the button remains disabled or you see an error, try refreshing the page -- note that you may lose your progress. Report persistent issues to our support team.

  • Earnings not appearing after completing a survey

    Survey earnings should appear in your balance immediately after submission. If they don't show up, first refresh your browser. Check that you saw a confirmation page after submitting (this confirms your response was recorded). They receive only aggregated, anonymized data -- statistical summaries of how groups of people responded.     Reactwiz will never ask for your password via email, request payment from you, or ask for sensitive financial information like credit card numbers. All legitimate Reactwiz emails come from @reactwiz.com addresses. If you receive a suspicious email claiming to be from us, do not click any links. Instead, go directly to reactwiz.com in your browser and log in from there. Report suspicious emails to our support team.

  • Keeping your account secure

    Use a unique, strong password for your Reactwiz account. Don't share your login credentials with anyone, even family members. Always log out when using shared or public computers.
